• Twin sharing: from ₹2,13,000 per person on twin sharing basis.
• Triple/Quad sharing: ₹14,600 discount per person, subject to room availability.
• Child 2–9 years: ₹58,200 discount per child when sharing room with adults. Maximum room occupancy is 4 persons.
• Single occupancy: ₹58,200 single room supplement.
• Infant under 2 years: No charge.
• Final INR payable amount will be confirmed before booking. GST/TCS shall be applicable as per government rules and rooming is subject to operator confirmation.

• Advance payment of ₹10,000 per person is payable at the time of booking for bookings made more than 50 days prior to departure. GST/TCS shall be applicable extra as per government rules.
• For bookings made within 50 days prior to departure, full payment of the land tour package is payable at the time of booking.
• On receipt of the applicable payment, StarVista will process the booking with the overseas tour operator/local partner. Booking confirmation is normally received within 2–5 working days, and subject to availability and confirmation from the overseas tour operator/local partner.
• Balance payment invoice for the land tour package will be raised when the traveller is ready to make the balance payment or 50 days prior to departure, whichever is earlier.
• The final land tour invoice will be raised based on the tour price, rooming charges, optional services, supplements, offers, discounts, GST, TCS, and other applicable charges prevailing on the StarVista website at the time of balance payment invoicing. The advance amount already received shall be adjusted against the final payable amount.
• International flights, internal/domestic flights, visa application charges, travel insurance, extra transfers, room upgrades, optional tours, add-on services and any service not forming part of the land tour package must be paid separately at the time of booking such service. Such services shall be subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective airline, embassy/consulate, insurance company or supplier.

• Pre-night/Post-night hotel stay in Calgary with breakfast: ₹16,500 per person on twin sharing basis.
• Pre-night hotel stay in Toronto with breakfast: ₹13,600 per person on triple/quad sharing basis.
• Pre-night hotel stay in Toronto with breakfast: ₹28,100 per person on single occupancy basis.
• Pre-night hotel stay in Toronto with breakfast: No charge for child (2–9 years).
• Optional tours and add-ons are subject to availability and operator confirmation.

• Cancellation made 45 days or more prior to departure: No cancellation charge on the land tour amount, except bank/payment charges and any supplier charges, if applicable.
• Cancellation made between 22 and 44 days prior to departure: 50% of the land tour amount shall be charged as cancellation charges.
• Cancellation made within 21 days prior to departure, on the day of departure or in case of no-show: 100% of the land tour amount shall be charged as cancellation charges. No refund shall be applicable.
• The above cancellation policy applies to land tour arrangements, including hotel accommodation, sightseeing, transfers and other services included in the land tour package.
• Cancellation request must be sent to StarVista in writing by email. The date and time of receipt of the written cancellation request by StarVista shall be considered for calculating the applicable cancellation charges.
• Flights, visa application charges, travel insurance, extra transfers, room upgrades, add-on tours and any services not forming part of the land tour package shall be subject to the cancellation rules of the respective airline, embassy/consulate, insurance company or supplier. Such charges may be partly or fully non-refundable.
• Refund, if any, shall be processed only after StarVista receives the applicable refund from the overseas tour operator/local partner or concerned supplier. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the supplier, bank and payment mode.
• Confirmed hotels may be changed or substituted due to non-availability, operational reasons or supplier changes. In such cases, comparable alternative accommodation will be provided, wherever possible.

International flights are not included unless specifically mentioned. Flights can be booked separately if required.

• Travellers can book their flights on their own with any airline of their choice. Suggested timings for arrival and departure should be checked before ticketing.
• Arrive at Calgary International Airport (YYC) on Day 1 and depart from Calgary International Airport (YYC) on Day 6.
• Arrival and departure transfers are by hotel shuttle as per hotel shuttle availability. If the shuttle is not operational for early or late flights, guests may need to take a taxi on their own.
