- Balance payment invoice for the land tour package will be raised when the traveller is ready to make the balance payment or 50 days prior to departure, whichever is earlier.

- Cancellation made between 22 and 44 days prior to departure: 50% of the land tour amount shall be charged as cancellation charges.
- Cancellation made within 21 days prior to departure, on the day of departure or in case of no-show: 100% of the land tour amount shall be charged as cancellation charges. No refund shall be applicable.
- The above cancellation policy applies to land tour arrangements, including hotel accommodation, sightseeing, transfers and other services included in the land tour package.
- Cancellation request must be sent to StarVista in writing by email. The date and time of receipt of the written cancellation request by StarVista shall be considered for calculating the applicable cancellation charges.

Hotel Check-In Deposit: A deposit is required by the hotel at the time of first check-in for the tour to cover incidental charges. This may be provided either by credit/debit card in the guest's own name (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover), or, if no card is available, by a refundable cash deposit of CAD $200 per room, per night. In the case of a cash deposit, guests must inform us in advance so that we can notify the hotel accordingly. If no incidentals are used, card holds are released by the bank in about three weeks, while cash deposits must be requested and collected by the guest at the time of checkout.
