- Advance payment of ₹20,000 per person is payable at the time of booking for bookings made more than 50 days prior to departure. GST/TCS shall be applicable extra as per government rules.
- For bookings made within 50 days prior to departure, full payment of the land tour package is payable at the time of booking.
- On receipt of the applicable payment, StarVista will process the booking with the overseas tour operator/local partner. Booking confirmation is normally received within 2–5 working days, and subject to availability and confirmation from the overseas tour operator/local partner.
- Balance payment invoice for the land tour package will be raised when the traveller is ready to make the balance payment or 50 days prior to departure, whichever is earlier.
- The final land tour invoice will be raised based on the tour price, rooming charges, optional services, supplements, offers, discounts, GST, TCS, and other applicable charges prevailing on the StarVista website at the time of balance payment invoicing. The advance amount already received shall be adjusted against the final payable amount.
- International flights, internal/domestic flights, visa application charges, travel insurance, extra transfers, room upgrades, optional tours, add-on services and any service not forming part of the land tour package must be paid separately at the time of booking such service. - Cancellation made 45 days or more prior to departure: No cancellation charge on the land tour amount, except bank/payment charges and any supplier charges, if applicable.
- Cancellation made between 22 and 44 days prior to departure: 50% of the land tour amount shall be charged as cancellation charges.
- Cancellation made within 21 days prior to departure, on the day of departure or in case of no-show: 100% of the land tour amount shall be charged as cancellation charges. No refund shall be applicable.
- The above cancellation policy applies to land tour arrangements, including hotel accommodation, sightseeing, transfers and other services included in the land tour package.
- Cancellation request must be sent to StarVista in writing by email. The date and time of receipt of the written cancellation request by StarVista shall be considered for calculating the applicable cancellation charges.
- Flights, visa application charges, travel insurance, extra transfers, room upgrades, add-on tours and any services not forming part of the land tour package shall be subject to the cancellation rules of the respective airline, embassy/consulate, insurance company or supplier. Such charges may be partly or fully non-refundable.
- Refund, if any, shall be processed only after StarVista receives the applicable refund from the overseas tour operator/local partner or concerned supplier. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the supplier, bank and payment mode.

- Arrive at New York JFK or LGA between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.. If you arrive after 5 p.m. (for domestic arrivals) or 4 p.m. (international arrivals), you might miss the itinerary scheduled for Day 1.
- Depart Buffalo BUF on the morning of Day 7 and arrive in Orlando MCO anytime after 3 p.m
- Depart Orlando MCO on the morning of Day 14 and arrive in Las Vegas LAS before 4 p.m

Hotel Check-In Deposit: A deposit is required by the hotel at the time of first check-in for the tour to cover incidental charges. This may be provided either by credit/debit card in the guest's own name (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover), or, if no card is available, by a refundable cash deposit of $200 per room, per night. In the case of a cash deposit, guests must inform us in advance so that we can notify the hotel accordingly. If no incidentals are used, card holds are released by the bank in about three weeks, while cash deposits must be requested and collected by the guest at the time of checkout. Guests should also request a zero balance statement from the hotel at checkout for their records.
Contact Details: Tour manager contact details will be available one week before departure. Dedicated tour managers are assigned for each segment of the journey. A U.S. East Coast tour manager will accompany guests from New York through Niagara Falls, and a separate West Coast tour manager will welcome the group in Las Vegas and remain with guests through the California portion of the itinerary.
Travel Essentials: Recommended luggage includes one carry-on and one international size suitcase per person to ensure comfort and space in the coach.
Hotel Details: The Standard Room is equipped with a king size bed and has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. For three or four guests, a room with two double beds will be booked. Rollaway beds are not available in rooms with two beds. Hotel pricing includes room rate, tax and breakfast. Any additional incidentals incurred during the stay must be paid by the guests.

Transportation: Coach sizes vary based on passenger numbers, ranging from 15 to 55 seats. For smaller groups, the driver may also act as the tour leader. Seating on the bus is on a first-come, first-served basis. The coach makes enough stops for restroom breaks.
Domestic Flights: This tour requires an internal flight from Buffalo (BUF) to Orlando (MCO) on Day 7, and an internal flight from Orlando (MCO) to Las Vegas (LAS) on Day 14. The flight is not included in the tour price, and may be booked independently.
Airport Transfers: Complimentary airport transfers are included. All guests in a booking must arrive and depart together to qualify.
Dining Arrangements: Restaurants are within walking distance from some hotels. For groups of 15 or less, all meals are set menus (not buffet) and served to the table. Water bottles, kettles, and coffee/tea maker in rooms are not guaranteed.
Itinerary Management: The tour manager meets the group at 6:30 p.m. on the first day in the hotel lobby. They may change the itinerary based on weather and traffic conditions for safety reasons.
Communication and Conduct: A valid roaming/WhatsApp contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation for smooth transfers and other services. Political and religious discussions during travel are discouraged to maintain a harmonious environment.
Unforeseen Events: Hotels are subject to change due to acts of God, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a similar hotel will be provided; however, no monetary compensation will be offered for changes or coach breakdowns.
Personal Belongings and Liability: Passengers are responsible for their valuables and personal belongings throughout the tour. The operator is not liable for lost items or any damage caused by customers to hotels, coaches, or anywhere while on tour.
Precautions and Recommendations: It is recommended to book flights with refundable fares and consider trip cancellation and interruption protection to safeguard against unexpected travel disruptions.
Accessibility and Special Needs: We are committed to inclusivity and strive to cater to the needs of all travelers. Unfortunately, the existing tour arrangements do not support assistance for guests with mobility impairments or those in need of wheelchair access, except for the accommodation of lightweight manual wheelchairs that can be stowed in the luggage hold, provided a family member accompanies to assist.
